| Textual Information(1) | During the quarter ended March 31, 2026, 8,45,906 equity shares (2.00%) held by M/s. Vatsankit Shah Trust (Promoter Group) have been transferred to Mr. Vatsankit Shah (Promoter Group) pursuant to dissolution of the trust and distribution of trust assets to the sole beneficiary. Accordingly, the shareholding of M/s. Vatsankit Shah Trust stands Nil and the corresponding shareholding is reflected in the name of Mr. Vatsankit Shah (Acquirer). The aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group remains unchanged. Pursuant to dissolution of M/s. Vatsankit Shah Trust and transfer of its shareholding to Mr. Vatsankit Shah (sole beneficiary) on March 20, 2026, the indirect holding of Mr. Mayank Shah and Mrs. Sweta Shah through the Trust stands ceased, and accordingly they no longer qualify as Significant Beneficial Owners in respect of indirect holding through Trust. The Company has received the requisite declaration in prescribed form BEN-1 in respect of the above change in the significant beneficial owner status of Mr. Mayank Shah and Mrs. Sweta Shah. Accordingly the SBO Sheet has been updated. M/s. NS Associates and M/s. RS Associates, forming part of the Promoter Group of the Company, have been closed with effect from March 31, 2026. Accordingly, the said entities have ceased to exist and are no longer classified as part of the Promoter Group of the Company as on March 31, 2026. |
