Mr. Kamal Kumar Somani is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of professional experience in finance, taxation, and accounting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Rajasthan University, along with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). Mr. Somani is an expert in financial analysis, procedural implementation, and enhancement of internal control systems. Before joining Global Surfaces, he led the Zonal Finance Team at Nayara Energy Ltd.

Mr. Dharam Singh Rathore is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over six years of experience in handling corporate governance, finance, and compliance matters. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law and is currently pursuing an LLB. Mr. Rathore is proficient in ensuring adherence to securities laws and corporate legal frameworks, with expertise in listed company compliance.

Mr. Sudarshan Kumbla Venkatramana posses over two decades of extensive experience in production, maintenance, and operational management. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Madras University, 1992.

Mr. Venkatramana is instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency across the facility. His expertise and leadership are pivotal in driving the management’s strategic business initiatives, helping to position Global Surfaces Group as a leader in the engineered quartz industry. The redesignation of Mr. Venkatramana as Senior Vice President of Operations is a testament to his seasoned expertise and proactive leadership, which continue to drive the success and growth of Global Surfaces Group

Mr. Sanjeev Bansal brings over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. Since joining Global Surfaces in July 2016, Mr. Bansal has played a critical role in driving sales growth and customer relationship management across various industries.

Mr. GVN SK Chaitanya, Vice President - Operations

Mr. Chaitanya is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in project conceptualization, operations, and maintenance. He holds a B. Tech in Information Technology from JNTU University, Hyderabad, and a BBA in Retail Management from Amity University, Delhi. Mr. Chaitanya excelled as the General Manager at BABA QUARTZ, where he was instrumental in driving operational efficiencies and implementing strategic initiatives. Before that, he served at MAHI GRANITES PVT LTD, progressing through roles that shaped his skills in production oversight and quality management

In his role as Vice President – Operations and Strategy at Global Surfaces Limited, he is set to oversee operational activities while developing business development strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
