Mr. Kamal Kumar Somani is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of professional experience in finance, taxation, and accounting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Rajasthan University, along with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). Mr. Somani is an expert in financial analysis, procedural implementation, and enhancement of internal control systems. Before joining Global Surfaces, he led the Zonal Finance Team at Nayara Energy Ltd.

Mr. Dharam Singh Rathore is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over six years of experience in handling corporate governance, finance, and compliance matters. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law and is currently pursuing an LLB. Mr. Rathore is proficient in ensuring adherence to securities laws and corporate legal frameworks, with expertise in listed company compliance.

Since joining Global Surfaces in July 2016, Mr. Bansal has played a critical role in driving sales growth and customer relationship management across various industries.

Mr. Pedapudi Venkata Siva Kumar - Vice President – Operations

Mr. P. V. Sivakumar is an experienced operations leader with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. With over 20 years of experience in operational management, he has previously worked with Classic Marble Company Pvt. Ltd. and Techno Design. Mr. Sivakumar now oversees operations at Global Surfaces' quartz facility, managing large-scale production processes and operational efficiency.

Mr. Sudarshan Kumbla Venkatramana, General Manager - Operation

Mr. Sudarshan Kumla Venkatramana is responsible for managing operations at Global Surfaces FZE's manufacturing facility situated at JAFZA, Dubai. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madras University (1992) and has extensive experience across various facets of production, maintenance, and operational management. Prior to joining Global Surfaces, he led Gulfstone Company SAOG in Oman, listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange.

Mr. Arun Kant Dixit, General Manager - Production

Mr. Arun Kant Dixit has been part of Global Surfaces Ltd. since November 2017 and brings over 30 years of expertise in stone manufacturing. He holds a Master’s degree in Science from Sukhadia University, Udaipur, and a Bachelor's in Science from the University of Agra. Mr. Dixit oversees production activities at Global Surfaces' natural stone unit.
